How we hire

Institutional pages clarify Velqory public positioning. The concrete relationship with each customer still depends on proposal, contract, SOW, DPA, or approved document.

We do not publish fictional openings to collect CVs.

We prefer concrete conversations about work, evidence, and availability.

Any decision depends on real need, budget, contractual setup, and internal validation.

Needs vary by project and product stage. These areas are not automatically open roles.

Software engineering, web product, and integrations.
Data, model evaluation, RAG, and document automation.
Infrastructure, observability, support, and technical operations.
Applied cybersecurity, incident response, and good practices.
Technical sales, documentation, implementation, and B2B delivery.

We look for people who can work autonomously, precisely, and with respect for the customer context.

Ability to document decisions and justify technical choices.
Attention to security, privacy, and operational maintenance.
Clear communication in Portuguese and English when needed.
Product judgement, not only isolated task execution.
