Pricing, payments, and proposals, in writing.

This page summarises Velqory public commercial principles. It does not replace a proposal, contract, SOW, billing plan, or accounting validation.

Institutional position

Entity and invoicing

Institutional pages clarify Velqory public positioning. The concrete relationship with each customer still depends on proposal, contract, SOW, DPA, or approved document.

Velqory is the commercial brand associated with BOUNCY ALGORITHM - UNIPESSOAL LIMITADA, tax number 519421574.

Registered office and administrative details are provided in contractual, fiscal, or administrative documents where applicable.

Fiscal invoicing is issued through certified invoicing software, namely Moloni, or another legally accepted method.

Payments

Payment methods do not replace the fiscal invoice. The concrete method must appear in the proposal, contract, or invoice.

  • Bank transfer/SEPA to the IBAN stated on the invoice is the preferred method for B2B projects.
  • Wise Business may be used as a B2B receiving method when accepted by the customer and applicable procedure.
  • Stripe may be used only when expressly stated, especially SaaS, subscriptions, Payment Links, card, SEPA direct debit, international customers, or recurring charges.
  • Bank fees, Stripe fees, currency conversion, and third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated.

Proposals and milestones

Projects, integrations, and custom work are closed through written proposal, SOW, or scope document.

  • No milestone should be invoiced without proposal or contract, delivery evidence, and formal validation by acceptance note, email, or equivalent document.
  • Amounts are presented in EUR and VAT is added where applicable.
  • Scope changes, third parties, hosting, licences, hardware, travel, or recurring support are handled separately where applicable.

B2B relationships and partners

When there is a commercial partner, subcontracting, or joint proposal, responsibilities must be written down.

  • Velqory is only bound by prices, timelines, warranties, or proposals approved in writing.
  • Commissions, margins, or commercial fees do not exist by default; they require annex, proposal, SOW, or written agreement.
  • The commercial relationship does not create partnership, exclusivity, legal mandate, or employment relationship.
Limits and validation

Limits

  • This page does not generate invoices, receipts, or fiscal documents.
  • It does not replace specific proposal terms or a signed contract.
  • Bank account, payment term, and concrete milestones must appear in the invoice, proposal, or approved plan.
