Web and Software Development

Custom software for your business.

Websites, client portals and internal tools built for your process, with scope and price in writing. It is a service you can hire today; our own software is something else, still being built.

See how it would work for you. First conversation free of charge; reply within 1 working day.

The new system and the existing systems the scope plans to connect.

What we do

What we deliver, and in what form.

  1. Public sites, in both languages.

Indexable pages, per-page metadata and content in Portuguese and English from one structure. The same base as this site.

  2. Portals and backoffices behind a session.

Authenticated areas for everyday work: dashboards, records and role-based permissions. A client portal can include sign-in, documents, request status and messages; what goes in is written into the scope.

  3. Integrations, system by system.

We assess how it can connect to the invoicing, identity and payments you already use. Each integration depends on technical feasibility, the available APIs and permissions, and the agreed scope, and is tested before it goes live.

  4. A launch that holds.

End-to-end tests at several screen sizes and a release that fails if the site does not come back healthy.

How, and within which limits

Control before scale.

  1. Accessibility from the first screen.

44px touch targets, contrast and keyboard checked on every page, not only at delivery.

  2. A performance budget in writing.

Weight and response-time limits set before building and measured before release.

  3. Acceptance criteria before release.

Clear conditions to test, approve and put each page or flow to use.

  4. Handover to your team.

Documentation, training and access handed over; the team carries on without depending on whoever built it. Ownership and licences are set in the proposal or contract.

Questions

Questions about software and websites, before the first conversation.

Who supports it after delivery?

Only if agreed. Project support applies to the scope, channels and dates of the written agreement, and can be a separate line in the proposal. See the commercial terms.

And maintenance?

It is not included by default. If you want it, it goes into the proposal as its own line, with scope and price.

Who keeps the access?

Your team receives, at the end, the access it needs to carry on, with the documentation. Where the data lives and who operates it are set in the proposal, the data processing agreement and the sub-processor list.

And the code?

Ownership of and licences to deliverables, including any pre-existing Velqory technology, are set out in the proposal or contract for each project. See the terms.

Can I take my data?

You can ask for export or return in open or original formats, with no export fees unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

How is delivery done?

In stages set in the proposal, with acceptance criteria before release. Changes of scope only go ahead with your written approval.

Do we need to replace the software we already use?

We start from the software you already use. Together we look at what works, what holds the team back and what is worth keeping. The first step can be assessing how the existing tools connect, or improving a task within them.

When do I know the price?

Before any work starts. After the scoping conversation we send a written proposal with the work, the assumptions, the timeline and a fixed price. The first conversation is free of charge.
