What’s in the Pilot?

How do you count an agent?
An agent is a composition of a prompt graph, its tool bindings, and its routing policy, deployed to production behind a flag. Shadow-run agents and sandbox forks don’t count. The console shows your usage live.
Can departments share the five agents on Growth?
Yes. That’s the default. One agent for HR, one for legal, one for finance, one for support, one for sales (or any other mix). Same workspace, same audit trail, same kill-switch. The tier caps total production agents, not departments.
Is there per-run billing?
No. Flat per-agent-per-month. Model inference cost is passed through at provider cost if you use the Velqory gateway; if you BYOK (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, self-hosted Llama) you pay them directly.
Can we switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades apply at the next cycle. No penalties, no lock-in, no exit fee.
