Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of contracted work follows the proposal or contract for each project.

Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or expressly stated in the proposal or contract. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a consumer, it is honoured within the legal period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact suporte@velqory.com within 60 days; verified billing errors are corrected or refunded.
